FAQs

Q: Do you file my documents with the court?
A: No. I provide document preparation only. You are responsible for filing your paperwork with the appropriate court.

Q: Can you give me legal advice about my case?
A: No. I am not an attorney and cannot give legal advice. I offer non-attorney clerical support to help you complete court-approved forms.

Q: Do I need to meet in person?
A: No. Most document prep can be completed virtually through phone, email, or video. In-person options may be available if needed.

Q: What happens after I pay the deposit?
A: After submitting your deposit, you’ll need to return to my website and visit the Client Intake section. There, you’ll find the relevant intake form for your service. Please complete the form as soon as possible. If I need any additional information after reviewing it, I’ll reach out directly. The remaining balance is due before final delivery.

Q: How long will it take to complete my paperwork?
A: Turnaround time is typically 1–3 business days, depending on the service and how quickly I receive your details.
